Kathleen Sarpy, Founder & CEO of Agency H5 is a public relations and marketing guru known for bringing kindness into every aspect of her life and work. Everyone she meets becomes a friend, and The Nora Project is lucky to be among them. As a member of our Leadership Council, Kathleen offers insights and advice throughout the year to advance our mission. Most recently, she played a key role in the success of our first-ever Friendship February fundraising efforts, securing news coverage, connecting us to key social media and Chicago-area influencers, and promoting to everyone within her network.

Anyone who has met the team at Weinberg Choi Residential knows that they are committed to giving back and making a difference in their communities. From their 365 Days of Giving initiative, to the way they support one another and their clients -- this team truly is a family. As one of our earliest corporate partners, the Weinberg Choi team has made a tremendous impact in raising awareness and funds to support our programs. We’re so fortunate to have their larger-than-life support and energy behind the annual Weinberg Choi Residential Golf Outing, currently in its fifth year!

Teacher of the Year: Kerry Duffey, Indian Knoll School

Kerry Duffey, a 4th grade teacher at Indian Knoll School in West Chicago is an incredible teacher and advocate for her students. About to embark on her fourth year teaching The Nora Project curriculum, Kerry continues to dive deeper into her commitment to inclusion in her classroom and throughout her school, district, and larger community. As a member of our Educator Advisory Board, she is always among the first to explore new lesson plans and provide thoughtful, critical feedback as our programs continue to grow and evolve.
