Back to School 2021

As we embark on a new school year, welcome -- and welcome back -- to all our wonderful partner schools! This year we have 48 schools from across the country and in Canada participating in our Lifecycle Suite of programs, and at least another dozen joining us through our new Jump Start Units. That means The Nora Project will touch upwards of 5,500 students this year--our biggest year yet!

We’re also partnering with the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence to use their RELATE tool to measure the overall social emotional wellbeing of all students (in relationship to themselves, one another, and the teachers and other adults they interact with), including and especially students with disabilities.

And that’s not all, as the year begins, we’ll be offering web-based professional development to educators, corporate partners, and community leaders across the globe.

With the rollercoaster of the pandemic continuing to dizzy students, educators and the rest of us, this school year is sure to have its challenges. Still, it will almost certainly be our most impactful year yet, spreading the Ability Inclusive Mindset further than ever before.

It’s not too late to join us! Jump Start Units and Primer Pack for Homeschool programs are still available. Check out this program overview for additional information and purchase a unit for your students or children here!
