Bring warmth and sunshine to your community with Friendship February!
Every year, TNP brings warmth to a cold month by celebrating Friendship February. The 28-day campaign focuses not only on friendship, empathy and inclusion (like every other day at TNP), but also on service and the value and responsibility of living in community. Students and supporters advance our mission by completing Friendship Challenges developed by our students--challenges that make a difference in others’ lives. Participants also have an option to fundraise, seeking donations and pledges in support of each act of friendship they complete. Much needed proceeds benefit The Nora Project and its nearly 50 partner schools through grants for inclusion improvements.
As with everything at TNP, everyone is invited to participate in Friendship February in the way that works best for them. Want to complete one friendship challenge? Five? All 28? Incredible! Prefer to spread inclusion by supporting participants with a donation or a pledge? Thank you! Maybe you’re ready to make this the friendliest February ever by introducing an educator you know to The Nora Project and encouraging them to bring inclusive social-emotional learning to their school. Whatever you decide, we have custom toolkits designed to make your participation easy, impactful, and fun.
Still on the fence? Think of it this way:
February is a cold month with short days and long nights.
You have an opportunity to add warmth and (metaphorical) sunshine to each and every day this month thanks to TNP.
That warmth and sunshine will radiate far into the future, helping TNP grow its programs and our partner schools embrace and celebrate each and every student who comes through their doors.
Now what are you waiting for? Get involved today!
