Celebrate #GivingTuesday with TNP!

The last 18 months have been challenging for everyone, especially students. The world has changed, but the demands of school have not. This #GivingTuesday, you can make a direct impact on students’ lives by supporting The Nora Project.

Our theme this year is #EmpathyNow -- highlighting the increased needs students have as they return to in-person learning. By supporting TNP and amplifying our message, you are providing educators with the resources they need to teach critical lessons and life skills at a time when students’ hearts need it most: empathy, compassion, friendship, and inclusion.

Ways to participate:

  • Start a fundraising team and recruit family and friends to fundraise along with you

  • Sign up as a fundraiser and encourage family and friends to make gifts

  • Donate to help fund critical support for students and educators this year

  • Use our toolkit to post to your social media channels about the work that TNP is doing

  • Create a Facebook fundraiser

However you celebrate with TNP this #GivingTuesday, you’ll be making a difference in the lives of Nora Project participants across the country. You will ensure students have access to engaging, empathy-building, identity-validating learning materials this school year. You will provide individualized coaching and professional development to participating teachers. You will give students of all abilities time and space to learn, grow, and heal -- together.

If these last 18 months have taught us anything, it’s that parents, teachers, communities -- none of us can support our children alone. In the wake of the pandemic, The Nora Project is trying to build inclusive classrooms. We need your help.
